Postage & Packing

All orders are sent via An Post / DPD courier - will be wrapped securely in postal tube, hardback envelope or box - depending on items ordered. 

All cards will be sent in a hardback envelope to ensure they arrive to you undamaged - this is why postage/shipping starts at €3.00

* We will begin processing orders received at the week end, public or bank holidays the next working day.  Once your order is sent we cannot accept responsibility for delayed delivery, as potential delays are beyond our control.

Returns
We endeavor to dispatch all our products to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.

In the event that your item is damaged, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving it. Just give us a call first to let us know so we can see if we can sort this for you with as little hassle as possible.

In regards Memorial products - Orders may be amended or cancelled up until approval is given on proof copy.  Once you have given approval your order cannot be amended as cards will be in print.  Should you cancel your order after the proof copy has been emailed to you, a €50 fee will apply.  Any received excess will be returned to you.
